Had Sutra for lunch..

They had this Set Lunch Promo..Buy 1 set, get another set free (:

Order : Thai Style Fried Chicken, Kangkung Belacan, Omelet & Steam Fragrance Rice

The food was good, albeit it came in horrendously small portions..Not surprising though, as it is EXTREMELY RARE that you see a "Buy 1 Free 1" Promo in a Fine Dining Cuisine :D

Chicken tasted awesome..A tad bit hard and a serious lack of MEAT, but great nonetheless..

Kangkung was..a 'lil..extraordinary..you'd need to try it for yourself..it just..tasted different from our run-of-the-mill kangkung belacan.

Pre-meal, we were served with some keropok appetizer thingy..

Tasted good and crispy (:

Ahh..let's talk about their Ice Water..

As 'tho it is now a trend to place lemon slices in ice water to..uhh..freshen things up,

DON'T LAH PUT UNTIL IT TASTES LIKE LEMON WATER !

Mmhm, providing you can ignore the Food Portion and icky Ice Water, Sutra definitely gets my thumbs-up :D

Go try it! But beware, without the Lunch Promo, their food prices would reduce your wallet to feathers xP

Its Critics Review and U.S. Box Office trashed Harry Potter 6 & G.I. Joe...

Question is..does it live up to its "billing" as (As I've mentioned in my earlier post)

BEST MOVIE OF THE YEAR / BEST EVER DISNEY PIXAR MOVIE?

Sorry to disappoint, folks, but the answer is a categorical NO ...

Best Movie Of The Year..perhaps, perhaps..But do note, that the movies produced this year have been abysmal and wayyy below average :/

Transformers, HP6 ... None of 'em rocked my socks off..in fact, they didn't even feel the fabric of my sock..

Neway, UP - Best Ever Disney Pixar Movie?

Bug's Life, Finding Nemo, Ratatouille were wayy better o.O

The storyline of UP ain't bad..

It's not just a flying-away-in-a-house-magically-lifted-by-balloons thingy

Somehow somewhat it contains hidden lessons, about loyalty, determination, friendship, ambition ... as all Pixar movies do (:

No, it's not that..

The idea was good..

Unfortunately, the execution wasn't..

I was left wondering, at the end, what were the 3-D Glasses (which cost 5 bucks each, mind you!) for..

The graphics weren't at all amazing

Great sceneries, promised by 3-D Tech, were nowhere to be seen..

The movie itself ain't bad, but my experience was defo ruined by the pre-movie hype..

Definitely not a bad movie (it's Pixar, duh!), but certainly over-rated

Recommendation : Go ahead..but 3-D is definitely not recommended
